No Boiler: Conventional steamers
have troublesome,
high-maintenance boilers. With the Steam 'n' Hold
we've eliminated the boiler and the major source of
problems for steam cookers.
No Water Line: A constant water supply to
your steamer is an
unnecessary expense. The Steam 'n' Hold uses far
less water than ordinary steamers and doesn't need a
water line.
No Drain Line: Without a water line, a drain
line is unnecessary. It's
one less thing to worry about.
No Water Treatment: You'll never need to
delime again, because our steam
cooker is "bad water" proof.
Less Electricity: The Steam 'n' Hold only
uses one-tenth the
electricity that ordinary steamers use. You can pay
for the unit in electrical savings alone.
Cooks And Holds Food: The Steam 'n' Hold
food at a control temperature
until ready to serve.
Cooks To Perfection: Units have 6000, 8000
or 12,000 watt heating element.
The vacuum pump shall be capable of lowering the boiling temperature
of water to 140 degrees with cooking temperatures up to 212 degrees.
