Cadco CMLW-130 Stainless Holding Tower

Cadco warming / holding towers are to be used in conjunction with any of Cadco’s LineChef Convection Ovens and help to make the ovens even more productive by allowing the operator to bring food product from out of the oven and onto any of the 3 warming tower levels, until ready to be served!  The warming/holding towers will keep food within safe serving temperature-between 150 to 200 degrees F; Each model is equipped with an adjustable thermostat.  The CMLW-103 is designed to be used with the LineChef Quarter Size Convection Ovens, the CMLW-130 is designed to be used with the LineChef Half Size Convection Ovens, and the CMLW-190 is designed to be used with the LineChef Full Size Convection Ovens.  All 3 models can be installed on top of their respective sized convection oven or placed right on the countertop nearby.    The warming/holding towers include hardware for securely installing the unit on top of the oven.
