Cadco food warmer lower surfaces may be used as a food or plate warmer or can be use to server directly. Made from all stainless, these are easy to clean, and present well. These are meant to keep food warm only. Foods should be fully cooked and already hot before being placed in / on Warming Cabinets & Buffet Servers, which are designed for keep-warm function only.
