- Heat Exchange Water Coil System – A separate internal hot water system has been incorporated into all Automatic Coffee Brewers. This heat exchange system gives the operator the ability to extract piping hot water for tea, soup or hot chocolate while brewing coffee. This technology doesn’t create water shortages resulting in short potting.
- Safety Flow Hot Water Faucet – A standard safety feature available on all Automatic Century Brewers. This feature automatically shuts off the hot water faucet once an operator walks away from the brewer. It does not allow free flow which can accidentally deplete your water tank resulting in heater element burnout.
- Independent Heater Switch – Never again will you wait for water to heat up. This feature keeps tank water at a perfect brew temperature even when the power switch is shut off.
- Hi-Tech Brew Controls – Regulate water intake to create perfectly consistent brewed coffee time after time.
- Raised Warmer Plate – Engineered to allow air to flow evenly around the wiring. (Prevents wiring from drying out.)
- Automatic Recovery System – If the heating elements become too hot, this system automatically shuts them down to eliminate burnout. This feature adds heater longevity.
- European Style Thermostat – Keeps water at its appropriate temperature allowing you to serve coffee the way it was intended – hot and fresh.
- Rapid Recovery Rate – Continually brew decanter after decanter of coffee without depleting the hot water tank. Perfect brew temperature every time.
- Extra Large Capacity Water Tank – Time is essential in brewing coffee and your customers should never wait for a fresh pot. The extra large water tanks provide an operator with the ability to brew hot, fresh coffee without waiting for water to heat up.
- Durable Illuminated Rocker Switches – Simply flip a switch and you’ll brew coffee in moments. Designed for longevity, these extra durable, illuminated rocker switches make brewing coffee easy.
- Front Mounted Controls – The easily accessible components decrease down time and keeps service cost to a minimum.
