Detecto Mechanical Portable Beam Platform Scales

Constructed entirely of heavy-duty welded fabricated steel bases and electrostatically coated with long-life paint, the 854F and 954F Series provide portable, fast, accurate performances. These models have your choice of platforms sizes (19" x 28" / 483mm x 711mm or 28" x 28" / 711mm x 711m) and come in a variety of capacities listed below.

These mechanical models with simplified lever systems offer maintenance-free, simple operation that is dependable, rugged, and durable. Large 5" (127mm) diameter heavy-duty rubolene wheels make the scales easy to roll wherever they are needed. The die-cast beam with easy-to-read numbers can be viewed from the front or back of the scale.

1100 Series Bench Dial Scales
Detecto's compact and rugged 1100 Series Heavy-Duty Bench Scales offer high accuracy and sturdy construction with minimum scale maintenance, due in part to their thermal elastic temperature-compensating springs and oil dashpot which are standard and add long-term accuracy.

The underlying principle of the 1100 Series is precision engineering, with every component part specially designed to ensure sustained, long-term accuracy under prolonged usage. Special tip locks and bearings prevent platform tipping which avoids pivot and bearing abuse and assures accurate long life weighing. Side checks bring the platform to rest quickly, providing accurate readings from the large 19" (483mm) dial. Zero adjustment is located on the top outside of the dial housing making it readily accessible.

The 7045G's digital indicator is mounted on an adjustable gimbal, so the user may adjust it for the best visibility. Choose from pounds or kilograms readout with the switch selectable display that also features push button tare. Long-life alkaline batteries add to this scale's portability while the oven-baked enamel finish remains mar-resistant after years of rugged use. The galvanized L-shaped pan gives you a larger weighing surface without taking up as much counter space for the base.
