The SMX800E SUPER LONG MIXER, our most powerful hand held mixer,
mixes, purees, emulsifies. 15 to75 gal. / 75 to 300 liter
Less than three minutes are required to crush 66 Lbs / 30 kg of boiled
vegetables, including such vegetables as leeks and onions, in 18 gal. / 70
liter of water.
88 Lbs / 40 kg of boiled fish (including heads and bones) are crushed in
about eight minutes.
The SMX800E has an electronic switch with pulse and continuous function
buttonsVARIOUS PREPARATIONS
Tasty thick cream soups can be prepared directly in the cooking pot, as well
as many dishes such as fish soup, bread and cheese soup, spinach,
mashed potatoes, chopped salads or cabbages, pancake paste, sauces,
mayonnaise, cod “brandade” and so on.
For day nurseries and dietetics : finely crushed vegetable mashes, gruel,
mashed raw carrots, fruit creams, etc...
A special supporting bracket can be supplied as an option. It is designed to
fit on the rim of cooking pots and provides a means for easy handling and
even for unattended operation of the unit.
