1 Year Warranty for Parts, 1 Year for Labor from Date of Shipment
The Warranty covers all electrical parts, fittings, tubing, but does not cover installation, adjustments, training, improper application / operation or if equipment has been purchased and installed from any second or third party distributors.
Warranty Exclusions / Term and Conditions
- Neglect
- Abuse
- Improper installation. Must be installed by a professional technician and comply with all electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes.
- Relocation and reinstallation.
- Any modification to equipment.
- Failure to wire equipment correctly as specified by owners manual.
- Improper cleaning procedures.
- Failure to allow daily and weekly cleaning guides procedures (See cleaning guide).
- Water conditions, including but not limited to, excessive lime & chlorine.
- Incorrect voltage
Warranty service calls will have the following conditions:
- Normal weekday business hours (no weekend or holidays)
- Pre-authorized by service department
- No more than 2 hour travel time per call.
- Up to 30,000 drink cycles logged
Standard Service Package:
- Installed by qualified installer
- Custom equipment calibration
- Water test
- Installation training
- 1 Year parts and labor warranty
- National service coordination
- 2 Preventative Maintenance service calls ( change filter cartridges, lube brewer unit recalibrate if necessary, replacement cartridges nor included
- If additional Preventative Maintenance calls are needed during the first year, then the customer may be charged additionally
