YourDelight Return Policy:

Unless otherwise stated: (1) Equipment carries standard factory warranties only. (2)  Items are priced delivered your receiving dock, not uncreated, set in place or otherwise installed in any way; necessary parts for mechanical or electrical connectors from rough-in to equipment or labor for installation or final hookup are not included.  (3)  No trade-ins are considered, and no allowances will be made.

We do not assume responsibility for unavoidable delays in manufacture or transit or for loss or damage in transit.

Making certain that your premises provide the proper electrical and/or gas supply, that plumbing lines are properly sized, and that doors and passageways will accommodate the equipment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns:

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.  UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS WHICH ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (FACTORY FRESH, ORIGINAL CARTONS, FREE OF STORE PRICING, AND UNUSED), PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE 1-718-714-4441 FOR AUTHORIZATION ON AND INSTRUCTIONS WHERE TO SHIP / RETURN THE MACHINE. MOST MACHINES WILL BE RETURNED TO AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS FOR EACH PARTICULAR PROBLEM. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS FOR WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE. YOU WILL HAVE 10 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR EQUIPMENT IN WHICH YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE MINUS THE ACTUAL CHARGES INCURRED IN SHIPPING. ON ALL COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT AND SOME RESIDENTIAL PRODUCTS YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE MINUS THE ACTUAL CHARGES INCURRED IN SHIPPING, PLUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

IF FOOD HAS COME IN CONTACT WITH THE MACHINE/ITEM PURCHASED OR IF ITEM IS USED, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES.

Defective Machine:

If your machines seems to be not working properly please call OUR OFFICE CALL 1-718-714-4441 . Or E-Mail Mary@YourDelight.com . You will then be given instructions as to where to return the machine. MOST MACHINES WILL BE RETURNED TO AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR FOR EACH PARTICULAR PRODUCT

All of our machines have been tested either at the manufacturers site in the country that they are imported from or at the importers location in the US We can then determine whether the problem is user error or an actual problem with the machine. We will then give you instructions where to return the machine and the procedures for its return for an immediate PRODUCT..

Shipping Damage:

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If you notice any damage from shipping please call the shipper to report the damage. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...). Please call us to notify that your machine was damaged, we will gladly ship another machine.
